Please note: You’ll be prompted to pay a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. Derm Haus is a small, family business. We offer amazing value in a beautiful clinic with highly trained staff. To be able to do this, we have to protect our appointment availability via deposits and our Cancellation Policy.

  • Yes, both the Annerley and Bald Hills clinics have plenty of free street parking available.

    The Bald Hills location also has a small car park behind the clinic (enter via Bald Hills road) with signed ‘Derm Haus’ parking.

  • When you book an appointment at Derm Haus Brisbane you’ll receive a confirmation email (to your nominated email account) within 30 minutes of making the appointment. You’ll then receive a series of emails and SMS reminders the week leading up to your appointment.

    It is important that you notify us if you are unable to attend your appointment or need to reschedule. Cancelling or rescheduling within 48 hours of your appointment or failing to attend your appointment will result in your deposit being forfeited and may incur a fee of 50% of the price of the service booked.

  • Most appointment types require a deposit to be paid in order to secure your booking.

    The deposit amount is credited towards your treatment (or in the case of our Skin Consultations is redeemable on skincare products).

    When checking out following your appointment, our payment system automatically deducts your deposit amount from the sale.

    We require a minimum of 48 hours notice to reschedule your appointment and for cancellations, to allow time to reallocate your appointment to another client.

    Cancelling within 48 hours of your appointment or failing to attend your appointment, will result in your deposit being forfeited and may incur a fee of 50% of the price of the service booked. A new deposit will need to be paid to secure your future booking.

  • In your appointment confirmation email, at the bottom, you will see options to change or cancel your appointment.

    If you need to change or cancel your appointment within 24-hour of the appointment time, you will need to call or text us. Please note changing or canceling your appointment within 48-hours will result in your deposit being forfeited and may incur a fee of 50% of the price of the service booked.
